NetFreedom Pioneers is seeking a Facilitator experienced in human-centered design methodologies to join our team. In this role, you will design a work plan, create workshops and activities, and lead sessions with multi stakeholder groups for the collaborative advancement of information access challenges. Working closely with our global network of human rights defenders, media experts, and technologists, you will coach and mentor working groups on human-centered design methodologies to generate innovative solutions.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Develop a detailed 7-month work plan, including stages, milestones, expected outcomes for two international working groups
- Design and lead workshops and activities to achieve the expected outcomes as stated in the work plan, and produce related materials, such as a curated human-centered design toolkit
- Coach and mentoring working group leads and participants on human-centered design methodologies
- Routinely check in with working group leads to monitor progress
- Compile the work plan, methodology, instructions and toolkit into a document

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with human-centered design methodologies
- Experience working in multicultural environments and teams, and strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on deadline
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages
Nice to have
- Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or social impact projects
