We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Identity Designer to join our team for a one-time redesign project. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating compelling visual content that communicates our mission and values to a global audience. The Visual Identity Designer will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop and maintain our new logo and visual brand identity across all platforms.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain a modernization of our visual identity for NetFreedom Pioneers across all platforms and mediums.
- Design compelling visual brand tool kits for our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, logos, and other digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop visual content that effectively communicates our mission, values, and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques and incorporate them into our visual identity as appropriate.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to ensure all visual content aligns with our strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) or similar visual/web design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital rights, internet freedom, or related fields is a plus.
